Hello all,

Just a very short update to let you know that I'm still working hard on my historical novel about Grace Darling. It should be out next September, and I hope to show you the cover before too long.

In the meantime, I'm branching out under another pen name: Hannah Keens. To create this pen name, I've pinched a name from each of my grandmothers, and for the time being I'm using an avatar as my photo. (It's not meant to me, in case you're worried that I'm suffering from delusions of youth!) As Hannah Keens, I'll be writing heartwarming romantic comedies. The first rom com is out now, with a further two in the series to follow in 2025.

Meantime in Greenwich is the first in the series, and you can pick up a free copy on Amazon Kindle. The free offer is only available for one day on Tuesday 22 October, so you'll need to be quick.

About Meantime in Greenwich (Book 1 of Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After)

Can an orphaned astrologer and a widowed astronomer put aside their differences to find love?
After Stella’s parents died, she spent her childhood in an orphanage so she fears loving anyone in case she loses them. Her only solace in life is astrology. Benedict’s wife died in childbirth, so he has raised his son alone. When he meets Stella, he is overwhelmed by guilt. And as a respected professor of astronomy, can he really allow himself to fall in love with an astrologer? Find out whether love is written in the stars for Stella and Benedict in this English romantic comedy.

I hope you enjoy my rom com, and in the meantime, here's to a happy Halloween / Samhain / All Souls' Day!

Best wishes, Helen
